Ideas for Use
- Roll the putty into a small rope and then wrap around all 5 fingers. Stretch fingers apart to open the rope
- Manipulate the putty to form shapes, letters or resemble your favorite toy
- Roll putty into small balls. Set a timer and see how many you can squish. Use different fingers for varied strengthening

Each putty color offers a different level of resistance for a great workout using hand and finger muscles. It's a good idea to have more than one resistance option so you can make the activity more or less challenging as needed.
