Need to improve focus during test taking, working at a desk or doing homework? Our Weighted Vest provides proprioception and deep therapeutic compression at the joints, helping kids achieve calm. Plus, it easily snaps over clothing and looks fashionable so kids don’t feel like they stick out.
Made from a soft cotton and polyester blend, this vest is smooth to the touch, making it ideal for children who otherwise may be sensory defensive.

Details
- Hook and loop closures on the sides and front snaps allow for maximum comfort, easy sizing and quick removal
- Made from soft cotton/poly blend
- Two interior pockets for holding weights (2 pockets in front, 2 in back)
- Small vest holds up to 6 lbs., Medium and Large vests hold up to 11 lbs. Ask your occupational therapist about weights and wear times for best results. Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person's needs. (5% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight.)
- Remove weights before washing
- Machine wash. Hang dry.
- Colors: "pretty in pink" or "cool to be blue”
Getting Started
Includes two 1/2 lb. weights and four 1/4 lb. weights for a total of 2 lbs. Weights are safely positioned in pockets inside the vest and can be added or removed. Additional weights sold separately (see accessories tab).
